Comment: I did not see where it was stipulated that I had to pay an extra 25 euros because i had to drop off car half an hour before 7.00 am although I did write in my drop off time. if it is written somwhere in small print, maybe but not good visibility. Nevertheless, Faro is not the most welcoming airport for renting a car

Comment: I waited 1 hour past the official opening time for an agent to arrive. they did not care and did not even apologize but told me about the extra 25 euro drop off because it was half hour before opening. this was my first time for this extra. i always take the same plane, same time etc...but never had to pay cause used to put key behing viser like most people i crossed at car drop off but eventhough i waited past 1 hour to see an agent you would think as a good customer service they would offer me this because of extreme lateness.

Comment about other issues when picking up the car: I waited 1 hour past the official opening time for an agent to arrive without knowing what was going on. I was told that I was a crazy woman for complaining about this. I dId not even get angry!! Just a bunch of unfriendly people at the rental desks in Faro most of the time. i go there 6 times a year and never had a perfect service, always something wrong!

Comment: Would it even make a difference? Would I get my extra costs back as a gesture? 100% no way, i am sure. that is why i did not even report on the impolite service. wasted time! Should i be refunded the 25 euros, then my opinion would change andI would rent from you again but customer service is something so irrelevent for most.
