Comment: Holiday cars did not give enough information about the company I had to pick my car up from. I had to wonder round arrivals for an hour. I then went to airport information to find the company which took them 10 minutes to find. I complained when I went to avis about this and they upgraded me on the car . The car was not the cleanest inside when picked up. I found out when I dropped the car off that you charge for a cleaning service which I think is not being done.
