Comment about other issues when picking up the car: The additioanl charges levied for so called out of hours was excessive. I was under the impression that the hours price was not applicable / included in the rental price I paid Holiday Cars. It was one of the main reasons Ipicked them. We picked up the car early afternoon on half term Saturday so hardly out of hours! They are not applied at Salzburg and it is one of the main reasons that last year I did not rent a car at innsbruck.
The rental office from Buchbinder was not open when we arrived.
