Comment: It was only afterwards that the full implication of having an accident with a non vehicle became relevant. Kangaroos! The whole reason for using HolidayCars was because of the way it handles insurance.

The way in which insurance is handled makes a big difference, as I feel the 'excess' threat is a cop out on behalf of other companies to offer low rates which when all the costs are taken into account is then inflated. So I vote with my purchasing options!
