Comment: I'd prefer easier surfing back and forth on the site. Currently, it is too hard and the user has to start often from the beginning.

Ordered extra's (child seats, roof racks, navigation, ...) were not present when the car was picked up but Dollar did solve this immediately.
The staff at the pick-up office of Dollar was friendly and helpfull: 5
Comment about other issues when picking up the car: I would really like to get the car that I see on picture at the time of booking. Similar one or similar type is not sufficient. If I wanted a similar one, I would ask for it in the first place.
