Comment: Got a polite reply from enterprise holdings saying that was mistake from my bank, is obvious my bank said the opposite, is for the guarantee for fuel of 100 e.

Comment: yes pls, I found it incorrect that the company will block 2000 Euro at you credit card for eventually costs for insurance, ore you must pay other 40 Euro by AXA insurance. The lady at the counter desk of europcare was so friendly to explain and to block only 120 Eur. here you should find another way for us clients...this is not sail supporting at all

We did not get type of car that we booked (or similar) from Sixt but: downgrade.

Comment about other issues when picking up the car: the car offered had even not halve of the boot size of the categorie size. 2 other cars were offered, finally the car with the max bootsize was taken. This pocess was not done with a lot of customer care by Sixt, the smile dissapeared quickly, especially when also the additional rented snow chains have to be swapped, took 20 min.

Comment about other issues when picking up the car: Somehow, they had mixed up the voucher info and had me down for a fully paid voucher even though it clearly stated partially paid. Then when they figured out and called me the day after, the price to be paid was slightly different to the voucher information. At first they said this was a conversion between currencies issue, then later they changed it to extra for the car being equipped with winter tyres (in winter)!
