Comment about other issues when picking up the car: Again same issue , I was told in Spain the rules were different so I had to pay the full tank, when I told the lady at the desk that it wasn't my first time in Spain and I never heard a full tank policy she said now you heard it! Not helpful at all

Comment about other issues when picking up the car: We did not know that we had to pay an amount in advance for petrol/gas. So we paid for a full loaded car, and we did not use all the gas. So we think it is not fair to pay for something we did not use. i think they do this with every client, so it is a good business to do so for centauro.
