We did not get type of car that we booked (or similar) from Alamo but: downgrade.
Comment: Actually i didn't realize it was a downgrade since i booked a Focus SW and i was given a Skoda SW. Then i realize it was a downgrade because i was charged a lesser amount of money at the end of the rental. Anyway i was very happy with the car i was given and paying a bit less was quite a pleasure as well.
