Picking up the car How easy was it to find the rental office/service desk from Hertz: The car was not clean. Hertz did not solve this problem immediately. This solution is rated: Comment: They could not solve the problem, there was no other car available. The car itself was ok but full of smoke stench and dirty polstery. Even after one week I could smell the smoke, I always thought that smoking is forbidden in rent a cars. All I complain about is the the smoke stench, i am NOT complaining about the dirty polstery, this may happen with rent a cars. Hertz offered extra insurances.
