Rating: 2 The voucher and the confirmation mail received from CarTrawler after booking the car did provide sufficient and correct information. Rating: 2 Picking up the car How easy was it to find the rental office/service desk from Europcar: 1 How clear were the directions on the voucher from CarTrawler: 2 The office/desk was not open at the time of arrival. The way Europcar solved this is rated: 1 Comment: There was no way in solving it. The whole afternoon Europcar was closed, we didn't knwo that, no one did mention that before. The staff at the pick-up office of Europcar was friendly and helpfull: 3 Comment about other issues when picking up the car: THe garage was very dark, we couldn't really see the state of the car.
