Comment: The company has no office at the airport and the employee came to pick up the car. Almost missed the flight. The telephone number provided the supervisor is difficult access for foreigners. If not for the attention of the airport staff would have had problems

Comment: i just realize that the air conditioning wasn't functional at the highway, and i was very late for being waiting over one and a half hour to get my vehicle. so i couldn't solve the problem at the pick up. on the return, my flight back home was very early in the morning, and i just drop the keys at the return box. after that i send an email complaining about that stuff, by i didn't had any answer.
