Booking the car The website of CarDelMar gives enough information and this information is correct. Rating: 4 The voucher and the confirmation mail received from CarDelMar after booking the car did provide sufficient and correct information. Rating: 5 Before picking up the car there has been contact with CarDelMar (by mail, phone, live chat). How helpfull and friendly they were is rated: 4 Comment: CarDelMar charged my credit card twice, but returned money immediatelly after my call. Picking up the car How easy was it to find the rental office/service desk from Megadrive: 4 How clear were the directions on the voucher from CarDelMar: 4 There were credit card issues. The way Megadrive solved this is rated:4 Comment: It was communication problems with my bank. The informatie the CarDelMar provided about credit cards was sufficient and correct. Credit card information on the voucher is rated 3. The staff at the pick-up office of Megadrive was friendly and helpfull: 4 Problems while on the road General judgement Value for money: 4 The service Megadrive delivered: 4 We would rent a car from Megadrive again. The service CarDelMar delivered: 1 We wouldn't use the service of CarDelMar again. Comment: I had a contract with CarDelmar on 'All inclusive plus' basis. According to this contract in case I had any payment connected with the car, CarDelMar has to remit me my money in due time. But I had four month of communication with CarDelMar in order to receive my money. There were different reasons in order to delay money transfer to my account. Finally I got my money (a sum 420 Euro) only after my German lawyer contacted with CarDelMar and threatened with the case to court. After that the remittance process takes a couple of hours, but not four months. That's why I never will use CarDelMar service in future and don't recomend it to my friends.
